When will my order be dispatched? We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days. Please note Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not working days.
Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship to everywhere!
How much is postage to my country? Shipping cost varies from country to country. Select the products you would like to purchase and head to the checkout, fill out your shipping information and your price will be updated.
How long will my order take to arrive? Within the UK please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch email. Orders outside of the UK are sent using Royal Mail Tracked service and can take up to 7 working days. A signature may be required upon delivery so please be aware of this when selecting your shipping address.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes all orders are provided with tracking information. The tracking information is sent to the email you provide when placing your order.
I haven't received a email with my tracking? We find that sometimes our emails don't go straight to customers inbox - please check your junk folder.
